High School Forestry Contest

 

The 2022 Redwood Region Logging Conference will be held in Ukiah and the High School Forestry Contest is on Friday March 18th at the Redwood Acres Fairgrounds in Eureka.  We would like to extend an invitation to you and your team to compete in our contest.  The contest is open to all High School students in an Agriculture program, regardless of previous FFA event participation.

THIS YEAR'S CONTEST WILL BE HELD AT THE FAIRGROUNDS.

 

The contest will run from NOON to approximately 4:00 pm on Friday, March 18th and the top three teams and individuals will be awarded CASH prizes.  Winners will be announced shortly after the contest and all prizes will be mailed to your schools.

 

Participating traveling schools will receive $250 travel assistance for their team.  Contact the RRLC office for details.

 

In an effort to provide a quality contest it would be helpful to have a list of your team members sent to the RRLC office ahead of time so we can get everything set up. 

 

Please preregister by contacting the Redwood Region Logging Conference office at (707) 443-4091 and returning a Contest Entry form.
